While we are at home Derick will just talk and talk but if we go out anywhere he turns into a mute. I am not sure why but he seems a bit shy.We have noticed that he is staring to talk a bit.

He just started to say baby today. He will also shake his head for No and wave bye to people.
He is getting so big and growing up so fast!

Wow! He's saying more than Christopher is! Christopher is stubborn and CAN say ma, da, ba-ba(bye-bye) but rarely says them. I got him to say the word "throw" (one of his favorite things to do) a couple of weeks ago, but now he won't say it. He mostly just jabbers and squeaks. -Sherry
That is really cute that he is starting to talk. I loved the photos of him "helping you" I remember that stage! One time I was on the phone and shaun was supposed to be watching Alexis. She managed to pull the towels out of the drawer, scatter piano music, and dump a garage can of diapers on the floor all within a few minutes!
