Some might say that we are crazy, some might even say that we are insane or out of our mind. As for us we are not sure what to say. We are in shock. Baby number 2 will be joining us the end of May. That means that Derick is going to be an older brother at the ripe old age of 13 months. We are excited and terrified the same time. Heavenly Father has his hands in all things and knows what he is doing. I might not know what I am doing but he dose.
I must say that I have been so blessed this pregnancy and have not been sick. I was so sick for the first 5 months with Derick. But I have not even thrown up once or really even felt like it. Yes I have been tired but I probably would be tired even if i were not expecting. I think being tired goes with the job of being a mom. I don't know how I would have taken care of Derick if I would have been sick. I am so thankful for my health.
We don't know the sex of the baby. I go to the doctor on the 26th of this month and if we want to find out then we can. Russell wants to know but I am not sure that I do. If we have another little boy then we will not have to buy to much because he can wear all of Derick's stuff. But if it's a girl than we have nothing. So we are trying to decide if we want to be surprised again or not.
I guess the Lord is helping us make up for last time. This will be an adventure for sure.

Congratulations! When we got pregnant with Max so soon after Charlie I almost didn't want to tell people, but it's been really fun to have the boys so close together. They'll be such good friends! I'm glad you haven't been sick!
I have two family members having babies right around the same time! Both are having a boy. Maybe your having a girl since you haven't been sick? That is a blessing that you have not been sick. That is fun that Derick was a surprise.
Do you recommend the surprise of not knowing what your having? I have always thought it would be fun.

Congrats, that's awesome! I would have loved to have another one that close to Milo, alas, things don't work that way for me. Ours is coming in June, though, so it'll be fun too. I hope you keep feeling well!
Congrats, sounds like you will have your hands full. I'm glad my little girl was 2 before I had my 2nd one its not so bad. Good luck with things.
