Derick is now almost 5 months old. It is great! He loves to smile and play. WE are now working on getting him to sleep in his crib. I have always put him in bed with me because I was in survival mode. He had colic for about 4 months and I did what ever worked so that I could get a bit of sleep.
We are doing pretty good about getting him to sleep for a bit in his bed. He will take at least one nap a day in there and he will sleep for a bit of the night in his crib. It really is like new found freedom.
Little by little we will get him sleeping all of the time in there. I can't wait!

Congrats on starting a blog! It's really helped me to not feel so lonely at home all the time. :) Your son is so cute. It's so hard to transition to a crib, but it's worth it in the long run. We've had to re-do it a few times with our youngest who is a big cuddler! Good luck!
